Relocation Strategies + Relo Design supported Bowen through a multi-phased renovation project that required careful coordination of furniture moves, workstation reconfigurations, and temporary employee accommodations. The project included relocating offices and workstations to allow for construction activities while maintaining business continuity.

Our team coordinated the phased relocation of furniture systems, moving workstations and offices out of impacted areas to provide contractors with access to complete renovation work. Once each phase of construction was completed, our team managed the move-back process, reinstalling and reconfiguring workstations according to updated space plans.

Due to the phased nature of the project, numerous workstation reconfigurations were required to support evolving layouts and operational needs. Our team managed the disassembly, modification, and reinstallation of furniture systems while maintaining organization and protecting client assets throughout the process.

To support employees displaced during construction, our team also identified temporary seating solutions and coordinated interim workspaces to ensure staff could continue working with minimal disruption. Additionally, we arranged on-site storage for furniture that needed to be temporarily removed during renovation phases.
