Relocation Strategies was proud to partner with BMWC Constructors (an industrial construction contractor) at their headquarters on the northwest side of downtown Indianapolis to transform their second-floor space into a modern, open environment designed to encourage collaboration, connection, and flexibility.

Our team provided field measuring, space planning, and design solutions that created opportunities for staff to collaborate, recharge, meet, and socialize in a refreshed workplace setting.

As part of the project, four repurposed cubicle stations from another client were given new life as touchdown workspaces within the open office.

New lounge seating with tablet arms offers employees an alternative work setting outside of private offices, while the open kitchenette serves as a welcoming hub for gatherings and multifunctional office use. Relo managed furniture procurement and coordinated with a local moving partner for the dismantling, relocation, and installation of eight total cubicles.
