American Senior Communities engaged Relo Design to refresh its Indianapolis headquarters and create a more inviting, functional workplace. After meeting with key stakeholders to understand their goals, our team developed a cohesive interior design for the boardroom and breakroom, including new furniture, fixtures, and finishes. We also prepared construction documents, provided oversight throughout construction, and coordinated the installation of all furnishings and fixtures. The completed spaces exceeded the client’s expectations and contributed to increased employee engagement and improved overall morale.
