We recently partnered with Gibraltar Design, Inc. on a successful office relocation, supporting their move from a 10,000 SF space they occupied for over 20 years into a new 11,000 SF location. Our team provided move and furniture management services. Relo coordinated multiple moving vendors, helping GDI reuse approximately 70% of their existing furniture, and integrating 30% new furniture to support a refreshed layout. We also assisted with the reconfiguration of existing cubicles, sourcing additional components to achieve the desired design. When challenges arose with the selected move vendor, we stepped in to advocate for our client, resolve issues in real time, and ultimately secure a reduction in total move costs. A great example of teamwork, problem-solving, and client advocacy in action.
