Victory College Prep is expanding their high school grades into a new location. Relo had the opportunity to assist in managing their move, walking three different moving companies through buildings to develop an equal standard so that they would be able to review quote and make the best selection to meet their needs. Relo reviewed all the furniture and contents moving out of their existing building that will be their K-8 facility (off Sloan and Raymond Street) and into the Bethel and Raymond new high school location. We also developed a schedule to coordinate other facility improvements that were happening.

By coordinating with our VCP contact, Relo’s consistent communication through the every day changes allowed us to not only keep on track but beat our own schedule and help the owner to proceed undisturbed into their other facility HVAC improvements. Phase 1 has moved all internal items in their K-8 building and in-between the two buildings for furniture and contents. Phase 2: We will be moving internal items around at the high school and will begin any moves within the high school and additional FF&E into the K-8 building.
